The text of the new fiscal framework was submitted to the House. Lower House President Arthur Lira (PP-AL) said that the rapporteur will be announced this afternoon and should be a member of the PP, his party. Lula decided to withdraw the taxation of online purchases. Minister Fernando Haddad said that the government will review a quarter of the existing tax waivers in the budget as a way of increasing revenue. Today, the Supreme Federal Court (STF) is expected to announce the result of ADC 49, which discusses the application of ICMS tax credits on the transfer of goods between establishments of the same company in different states.
