According to a report by Folha de São Paulo, Justice Alexandre de Moraes's office at the Supreme Federal Court (STF) unofficially ordered the elaboration of reports by the Electoral Court to support Moraes’s decisions against Bolsonaro supporters in the fake news investigation at the STF during and after the 2022 elections. The opposition is already planning to submit an impeachment request. Yesterday, the House approved the main text of the second complementary bill for the regulation of the Tax Reform, which addresses the Management Committee (PLP 108/24). Today, the Senate is considering three important bills: the bill on state debt with the Federal Government; the payroll tax exemption bill; and PEC 66/23, which reopens the deadline for municipalities to pay their debts with Social Security in installments and sets limits for the payment of civil lien debts.
