Lira called for more government participation in the Petrobras and fuels issue. He said there is a unanimous feeling that the federal government and the Ministry of Economy need to be directly involved in these discussions and, for example, that infra-constitutional issues can be resolved more quickly through provisional measures (MPs). The leader from the PL, Altineu Cortes, is gathering support for a CPI request. The leaders will talk to their party members about whether or not to support this request. President Jair Bolsonaro once again defended the creation of a CPI. Regarding Lula’s government plan, recently, his allies, such as the Solidariedade, reacted negatively to the proposed repeal of the Labor Reform. This point will likely be adjusted.
