Yesterday, the Office of the Prosecutor General (PGR) filed charges with the Supreme Federal Court (STF) against the Minister of Communications, Juscelino Filho (União), accusing him of misappropriating parliamentary fund transfers while serving as a federal deputy. Due to pressure from the PL to move forward with the Amnesty Bill, the President of the House, Hugo Motta, is working to present a positive legislative agenda. He has created special committees to discuss specific issues. Today, the Constitution, Justice and Citizenship Committee (CCJ) will vote on the work plan presented by Senator Eduardo Braga (MDB-AM) for PLP No. 108/24, which regulates the Tax Reform and specifically addresses the creation of the IBS (Goods and Services Tax) Management Committee.
