Yesterday, the PL filed a lawsuit at the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) asking for the annulment of the votes of 279,300 electronic voting machines due to a “malfunction” in the system. The president of the TSE, Minister Alexandre de Moraes, decided that Bolsonaro's coalition will have to present a complete report on the elections within 24 hours. The text of the Transition PEC should be submitted to the Senate. The elected government is running against time and has accepted that part of the resources that will be placed outside of the Spending Ceiling in 2023 can be allocated by deputies and senators through edits to the text. The Supreme Federal Court (STF) should resume today the trial of the so-called "lifelong review" of the INSS, which was interrupted in March of this year.
