According to the Quaest poll published today, the Auxílio Brasil program has not yet had its effect on voters. Lula is in the lead with 45%, and Bolsonaro is in second place with 33%. The margin of error is 2%. On the first day of the electoral campaigns Ciro Gomes, from the PDT, said that a possible election of former President Lula (PT) would be the “biggest electoral fraud on the planet”. President Jair Bolsonaro said that Brazil "...was robbed by the 'left' that was in power not too long ago." Former President Lula said that Jair Bolsonaro manipulates evangelicals and called him a “Pharisee”, “a phony” and even used the word “genocidal”. The government needs to send the Federal Budget to Congress by the end of the month. But, after the approval of the 18% salary raise for the ministers of the Supreme Federal Court (STF), civil servants are fighting for a salary raise of their own to be included in the proposal.
