Today, Senator Eduardo Braga may complete the first version of his report on Tax Reform. Formally, his final report should be approved by the Constitution and Justice Committee (CCJ) on October 24. The Ministry of Finance decided to send a bill to replace Provisional Measure (MP) 1.185, which deals with ICMS economic subsidies. The text is expected to be sent to the House by tomorrow. Yesterday, the governor of São Paulo, Tarcísio de Freitas (Republicanos), sent a bill to the Legislative Assembly of São Paulo (Alesp) that deals with the privatization of the Basic Sanitation Company of the State of São Paulo (Sabesp). The bill was sent with a constitutional urgent status.
