The Senate will resolve the fiscal framework issue today. A vote in the Senate Committee on Economic Affairs is scheduled for this morning, and the issue will be put to a vote in the plenary this afternoon. The changes made by the rapporteur mean that the text has to return to the House. The vote on the fiscal framework in the House will be left for the first week of July. Also in the Senate, the Constitution and Justice Committee (CCJ) will hold a confirmation hearing for Cristiano Zanin today, who was appointed to fill the vacancy in the Supreme Federal Court (STF). Today, a meeting of the State Finance Secretaries is scheduled to determine a position on important issues such as the Regional Development Fund (FDR) and the transition period.
