The reading of Senator Eduardo Braga's (MDB-AM) report on the bill regulating Tax Reform has been postponed to next Monday. The vote, as announced by the president of the Constitution and Justice Committee (CCJ), Davi Alcolumbre (União-AP), has been scheduled for Wednesday, December 11. The Senate’s MDB party announced yesterday its support for Davi Alcolumbre's candidacy for the presidency of the Senate. The party holds 11 seats. The House approved an urgent status for the complementary bill that creates a cap for granting tax benefits (PLP 210/2024) and the bill that limits real growth of the minimum wage to a maximum of 2.5% per year, as allowed by the fiscal framework (PL 4614/2024).
