Yesterday, the rapporteur for Flávio Dino's appointment to the Supreme Federal Court (STF), Senator Weverton Rocha (PDT-MA), submitted his report for analysis by the members of the Senate's Constitution and Justice Committee (CCJ). On Wednesday, the CCJ will meet, and Weverton is expected to read his report. In the Senate Education Committee, Bill 3,652/2023 may be put to a vote, which grants student debt forgiveness for the Student Financing Program (Fies). The original text forgives the full debts of all students from Fies. Regarding Tax Reform, negotiations are also ongoing regarding the calendar and content. The text is expected to be analyzed in the House Plenary next week, the penultimate week before the Congressional recess, which begins on December 22.
