The seventh day of war: the offensive has exhausted

Over the last day there were no big changes from the North. Belorussian army did not move to Lviv and situation around Kyiv has stabilized after all big military groups of invaders have been destroyed. The main trouble for now are roaming remains of Russian army near Kyiv which are trying to get out of Ukraine in all possible ways. Air and missile strikes eased a bit but residential areas of Kharkiv still suffer regular attacks. Russians now are trying to reach at least some progress on the South. Russian marines landed near Mykolayiv but the group was promptly destroyed. Marines are also expected to attack Odesa but for some reason the landing has been delayed already for several days. There are rumors that marines are reluctant to go into fight observing large losses of Russian forces. Complicated situation is around Kherson. Information is controversial. Officials confirm that Russian forces are in the city but in social nets people write that the groups of Russians are more like roaming around in search of food rather than occupying the city. Ukrainian army was reported to retake Gorlovka a town in Donbas which had been under control of Russian proxies since 2014. An encouraging news but it’s not clear for how long we can keep this town under control. To sum up, the offensive apparently has exhausted. The available reserves of Russians on the North (Belorussian army near Brest) and on the South (in Crimea) do not rush to enter the fight. Important, Ukrainian citizens on the territories that Russian army currently control are raising for open protests ignoring tanks and guns.
