Today, the Supreme Federal Court (STF) will adjudicate in the virtual plenary the case that deals with the nursing salary floor. The trial runs until June 23. In the Senate, it is worth highlighting the progress on the vote on the new fiscal framework. Yesterday, rapporteur Omar Aziz (PSD-AM) said that he is working for the bill to be voted on in the Senate by Wednesday, June 21, and that he will change the text approved by the House. Another important political matter is the adjudication of a lawsuit on Thursday, June 22, in the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) against former President Jair Bolsonaro that could render him ineligible for future elections. He is accused of abuse of political power and misuse of the media after meeting with ambassadors in July of last year at the Alvorada Palace.
