Once again, the submission of the new fiscal framework was postponed. According to the president of the Joint Budget Committee (CMO), Senator Daniella Ribeiro (PSD-PB), the bill is now expected to be submitted next Monday, April 17, after the return of Finance Minister Haddad from his trip to China. Some draft legislative decrees annulling President Lula's decree on the sanitation framework have been presented. Legislators do not like the fact that the government has dealt with the sanitation framework through a decree, bypassing Congressional input. The president of the Central Bank, Roberto Campos Neto, will go to the Senate Economic Affairs Committee on April 25. At the ceremony of the 100th day of government, Lula once again criticized the level of interest rates.
