The decision regarding the text of the Transition Constitutional Amendment Proposal (PEC), scheduled for Tuesday, was postponed to Wednesday. The PT leader in the House, re-elected Deputy Reginaldo Lopes (MG), stated that he believes the Transition PEC is the beginning of a debate on combining fiscal laws with social goals. Lula's meeting with the presidents of the House, Arthur Lira, the Senate, Rodrigo Pacheco, and the Supreme Federal Court (STF), Rosa Weber, was scheduled for today but will likely take place on Wednesday as Lula will arrive in Brasília at night. While the protesters claim they do not recognize the result of the presidential election, their demonstrations should gradually lose strength.
