This is the final week of activity in the National Congress before the recess begins on Friday (July 18). It will be an informal recess, as the vote on the Budget Guidelines Law (LDO) bill has not been concluded. The Lower House has important bills on the agenda, such as the Constitutional Amendment Proposal (PEC No. 66/23) on court-ordered government payments, the Environmental Licensing bill, and the Social Fund bill. The Joint Committee tasked with analyzing Provisional Measure No. 1,303/25 is scheduled to be installed on Tuesday (July 15). Among other provisions, the MP addresses the end of the exemption for Real Estate Credit Bills (LCI) and Agribusiness Credit Bills (LCA).
