Ukrainian forces keep advancing fast. Over the recent days there was substantial progress in the South near Kherson. Also the Ukrainian army continues to advance in the Luhansk area after retaking Lyman. Near Kherson Ukrainian forces managed to break the frontline a few days ago along the Dnipro river and penetrated into positions of Russians by more than 20 km. This maneuver threatened a big grouping of Russians taking positions along Ingulets river. It took only one day for Russians to withdraw from large territories to the northeast of Kherson. If the Ukrainian army manages to move further to Beryslav (close to Nova Kahovka), that will complicate even more the already difficult supplies of the grouping on the West bank of Dnipro. Recall that Russians keep nearly 25,000 soldiers on the West bank of the Dnipro to keep Kherson. In the Luhansk area Ukrainian forces are testing the Kreminna-Svatove line. According to reports Russians do not have any fortifications in this area or good forces to keep this line. Further advancement of Ukrainian forces looks inevitable. If counter-offensive in the area Kreminna-Svatove is successful, we will retake Lysychansk and Siverskydonetsk soon.
