Ukraine intensifying attacks

On May 13 both Ukraine and Russia claimed to be advancing in Bakhmut. The head of Wagner Group said that Russian fighters are fleeing. On May 13 at least one Russian military helicopter crashed close to the Ukraine Border. Russia did not specify the cause of the crash. One Russian official claimed that Russia lost two choppers and two warplanes that day. Russian social media has shown footage of Russian aircraft crashing near Bryansk. On May 13 Russia said that Ukraine has been using storm shadow missiles to hit civilian targets in Russian-occupied Ukraine. The United Kingdom gave missiles to Ukraine on May 11. The missiles have a change of 250 km, far beyond the range of anything Ukraine previously possessed. Ukraine seems to have promised the UK not to use missiles against Russia proper, only against Russian forces inside Ukraine.
