Minister Nelson Barbosa travels to Davos for the World Economic Forum. The Central Bank decides whether to increase the benchmark interest rate (Selic). PMDB leaders discuss the election for president of the party, scheduled for March. The government is expected to draft a provisional decree on the 2016 Budget.
