Yanukovitch agreed for early elections and for constitutional changes, president office

According to official web-site Yanukovitch agreed for early elections (in December), for constitutional change (more authorities to parliament) and for creation of coalition government. In fact, this decision will not make people at Maidan happy after yesterday bloodshed but it could reduce tension much. For sure, we do not expect Maidan to go home until elections and escalation might return at any point (personal blood revenge could even become a real problem for state officials). However, at least it is a light at the end of the tunnel.
