The US suspects that Russia had tried to convince Iran to sell them more. The US will also furnish 10,000 rounds of artillery, tank and rocket ammunition, mortars, grenade launchers and body armor. Russia has been targeting Ukraine's electricity, heating and water infrastructure since November 2022.
